Office on Autopilot
A YouTube channel of step-by-step tutorials for owners of small service businesses who would rather do the work than the admin. Each video takes one chore, such as turning an enquiry into a quote draft or chasing a quote that went quiet, and hands it to AI and no-code tools, start to finish.
What the channel covers
- The problem: enquiries, quotes, follow-ups and weekly round-ups eat the evenings of people who run a small business, and most automation guides assume you are a developer.
- The approach: tool-agnostic. Claude where it does the job, Make where a workflow needs one, other tools where they fit. Every workflow is tested before it is filmed.
- The host: Otto, an animated gorilla, narrated with an AI voice. Each video's description says so.
How videos are published
JINGA SIA publishes to its own Office on Autopilot channel with a small internal tool, jinga-youtube, which uses the YouTube Data API. It uploads our own finished videos with their title, description, thumbnail and captions, and, when the channel owner signs in, reads the channel's ID and name to confirm the sign-in is for Office on Autopilot. It acts only on our own channel, is not offered to anyone else, and reads no other user's data. Details: privacy policy and terms.
